Sunday 13th January 2019 - 12-5pm
This workshop will allow you to have your own face safely cast and will also show you how to create face casts.
If you prefer not to have your face cast, you will be able to cast your hands or feet instead.
This workshop is limited to 12 people on a first come, first served basis.
We will demonstrate how to use alginate to cast a face or body part, applying plaster bandages to create a shell, how to remove the piece and finally how to create a plaster cast of your own face or body part.
You will get the opportunity to have your own face or body part cast as well as how to cast other peoples faces or body parts as well.
You will get to work with alginate, plaster bandages, bald caps and plaster.
You will leave the workshop with a plaster cast of your own face or a body part.
This is a very hands on messy workshop so please wear old clothes!
Light refreshment provided, but bring your own snacks.
Licenced bar upstairs.
