Shipping And Handling
We aim to have your order ready for despatch within one to two working days of receipt of order and payment. Silicone products may take slightly longer if they are made to order. Most orders placed before 1pm will be sent the same day though our ETSY shop.
All UK orders will be sent out via Royal Mail second class delivery service Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timescale with royal mail, however you should receive your item within 2-3 working days. We also offer a first class upgrade on our ETSY shop.
International and European Orders
All international orders will be sent out via Air Mail delivery service Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timescales, however you should expect to receive your item within 5-10 working days.
Right of Cancellation
Please note that you have a statutory right to cancel this contract within 7 days of delivery by written notice to Fake-Up via email. Goods must be returned at your expense, unused and appropriately packaged.

All complaints are dealt with equally and fairly. We aim to respond to all complaints within one working day and to resolve all complaints within five working days. Any customer details passed to us are kept confidential and you will be kept informed of the complaint process. Any claim for non-delivery or damaged goods must be made within 14 days of our despatch.
Customer support and service is available via email, facebook or our Contact Us page. Please note that we are mail order only and not open to visitors or personal callers without prior arrangement.
Fake Up is based in England and has been selling prosthetic make up since 2016. We offer items for sale world-wide. We use Wix to host some of our buyers’ personal information. The only information Fake-Up hold are you email addresses for contact for custom orders and enquiries.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
